DUE TO COVID AND PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS, PLEASE EXPECT A DELAY OF YOUR PRODUCT.

All orders take 5-7 business days to process and ship depending on location. All orders will not exceed 2 weeks unless natural disaster or unforeseen circumstances prohibit the delivery. If your order takes more than 3 weeks to ship you will be refunded 100% of your shipping cost. This policy begins 24 hours after your order is placed and processed. 

S.T.E.M Queens WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE for any delivery discrepancies which include lost, stolen, wrong address or damaged in transit . It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping information. You will need to contact the carrier and advise of the issue and place the appropriate claim. Once the items leave our facility and the carrier states delivered. It is no longer within our jurisdiction to replace anything lost/stolen or damaged. If your order is returned to our facility by USPS due to any address discrepancies you will be completely refunded.Please be assured we will do everything in our power to assist you and we guarantee satisfaction from a small business standpoint.
